JOB TITLE: Wire Bonder - DEFENSE
LOCATION: Chelmsford, MA
PAY RATE: Up to $28/hour

Job Details:

• Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Perform microelectronic assembly using manual and automatic wire/ribbon bonding machines.

• Operate microscopes, measurement tools, and electronic test equipment.

• Read and follow assembly work instructions and documentation.

• Handle small components requiring magnification throughout shift.

• Use hand tools (tweezers, rulers, cutters) and pneumatic tools (torque drivers, screwdrivers).

• Enter production data accurately and collaborate on process improvements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Candidates will be required to initiate the interim clearance process upon offer.

• Experience with gold ball and ribbon bonding (manual/automatic).

• Comfortable working with bonding equipment and digital systems.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow precise instructions.

• Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment.

• Willingness to learn J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610 standards.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
