JOB TITLE: VIP Interiors Mechanic
LOCATION: Moses Lake, WA
SALARY: $56,000 - $77,000 per year

Summary: 

• Installs, removes, and fabricates aircraft interiors, including components like galleys, closets, and doors.

• Works under general supervision and offers multiple openings.

• VIP aircraft interiors experience is preferred but not required.

• Fabricate and install interior components (e.g., galleys, bulkheads, doors, and side ledges).

• Manufacture monuments from raw materials (wood, honeycomb, fiberglass, sheet metal).

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and manuals.

• Troubleshoot and repair parts, including cabinetry and interior components.

• Communicate with maintenance teams about progress and issues.

• Complete tasks in a timely manner and participate in on-the-job training.

• Maintain clean work areas and clock jobs accurately.

Required Skills:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Two years of experience in interior installation, fabrication, or related fields.

• VIP aircraft interiors experience preferred but not required.

• Must qualify as a U.S. Person for ITAR compliance.

• Proficient in English (read, write, and speak).

• Strong math and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to work overtime and travel.

• Overtime required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally 75 pounds with assistance.

• Ability to climb ladders and work in tight spaces.

• Ability to work in a non-dust-free environment.

• Ability to comply with DOT/FAA Drug and Alcohol Testing Program.
