Job Details:
Contract Length: 12 months (opportunity for extension)

Summary:
Fabricating and installing upholstery, cover panels, and creating simple patterns for aircraft interiors, adhering to design specifications and engineering drawings.
Responsibilities include working with various materials and tools, ensuring quality workmanship, and complying with safety standards.
Required Skills:
High School Diploma or GED.
2 years of experience with commercial sewing machines, sergers, and hand tools used in upholstery and carpet trades.
Aerospace industry experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
Proficiency in working with fabric, vinyl, leather, composites, and adhesives.
Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools.
Ability to climb ladders, work in restricted spaces, lift up to 40 pounds, and work any shift.
Must be computer literate and proficient in English.
