JOB TITLE: Tool Coordinator
LOCATION: San Antonio, TX
PAY RATE: $27.22/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

  • Routes materials to prescribed storage locations in accordance with established storage procedures.

  • Conducts inventory of stored materials and reports deterioration or damage.

  • Removes and issues material from storage and prepares it for shipment.

  • Orders parts, tools, materials, and equipment as required to perform assigned duties.

  • Reviews and analyzes production scheduling requirements to determine products and materials needed to ensure availability to meet schedules.

  • Identifies, investigates, analyzes, and determines solutions to problems and coordinates resolution to ensure adherence to quality standards, schedules, and material cost budgets.

  • Performs in-depth analysis of complex problems related to material requirements, inventories, schedules, and configuration control.

  • Compiles and maintains records of material movement and inventory transactions.

  • Uses computer systems and software for inventory tracking, scheduling, and documentation.

  • Operates forklift or has the ability to obtain a forklift license.

Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

  • 4+ years of experience with warehouse inventory including parts accuracy and accountability.

  • Computer experience and competency for inventory management and scheduling.

  • Currently have or have the ability to obtain a forklift license.

  • Experience reviewing and analyzing production scheduling requirements for material availability.

  • Experience identifying, investigating, and resolving material-related problems.

  • Experience performing in-depth analysis of material requirements, inventories, and schedules.

  • Knowledge of health and safety, tool control, FOD, and inventory control procedures.

  • Ability to route, store, issue, and ship materials per prescribed procedures.

  • Ability to maintain accurate records of material movement and inventory status.
