JOB TITLE: Test & Evaluation Engineer 2
LOCATION: Tukwila, WA
PAY RATE: $62.25/hour

Summary: 

  • Develops test plans, procedures, and test equipment or software to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements.

  • Designs, develops, and integrates test systems to support testing activities.

  • Reviews and validates test data, ensuring accuracy and quality prior to delivery to customers.

  • Prepares and publishes detailed test reports that summarize findings.

  • Researches test technologies that enhance testing efficiency and capability.

  • Manages multiple projects while interfacing with project or program teams, management, and technical staff to define and implement effective test engineering solutions.

  • Applies experience in structural design, analysis, and testing.

  • Applies experience in pneumatic design, maintenance, and repair.

  • Uses CATIA, SolidWorks, or a similar CAD program for test hardware design.

  • Applies structural analysis and hand methods for test engineering solutions.

Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

  • Bachelor's degree and typically 2 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with experience in an engineering classification. Required: Bachelor or Master degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, com

  • 1+ year of experience in structural design, analysis, or testing.

  • Experience in pneumatic design, maintenance, and repair.

  • Experience with CATIA, SolidWorks, or a similar CAD program.

  • Experience with structural analysis and hand methods.

  • Ability to develop test plans, procedures, and test equipment or software.

  • Ability to design, develop, and integrate test systems.

  • Ability to review and validate test data and prepare detailed test reports.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and interface with cross-functional teams.
