JOB TITLE: Test & Evaluation Laboratory Technician III – Test Operations
LOCATION: Seattle, WA
PAY RATE: $40.50/hour

Summary:
Assist engineers and senior technicians with drawings, test system builds, and test support
Serve as a crew member for test support and operations
Participate in test design and perform routine procurement, fabrication, and assembly of components, test fixtures, and test systems
Maintain laboratory equipment to ensure all assets remain within calibration cycles
Support and maintain 5S laboratory organization standards
Support system pre-test setup, integration, checkout, and post-test teardown
Troubleshoot and recommend resolutions for basic laboratory and test-related issues
Requirements:
Associate’s degree with 3+ years, Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., 5+ years related experience).
Knowledge of electrical circuits
Knowledge of hardware and computer organization
Proficiency with Microsoft and UNIX operating systems
Proficiency in computer networking and cybersecurity concepts
Proficiency with programming tools such as C++, Java, Python, or similar
Experience with revision control tools (e.g., Git)
Experience using electrical measurement equipment
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of instrumentation and measurement principles
Experience with MS Visio and Zuken wire design tools
Knowledge of power and spectrum analyzers
Familiarity with NEC and NFPA 70E standards
Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic diagrams and schematics
