JOB TITLE: Test & Evaluation Engineer 4 - Electrical/Electronic Testing

PAY RATE: $88/hour

Job Details:
Job Type: Contract (Up to 6 months with potential for extension)
Clearance: Top Secret/SCI Clearance is required
Shift: 2nd shift; variable shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd), weekends, holidays, and OT may be required.

Summary:
Regular and predictable attendance required.
Non-managerial, non-leadership role.
Perform hardware and software verification testing on space systems/subsystems.
Configure test equipment, troubleshoot anomalies, and analyze test data.
Support development and verification of test methods.
Execute detailed test procedures, instrumentation setup, and configuration.
Develop solutions for calibration system issues.
Design test hardware, software, and systems to meet requirements.
Analyze, process, and format data per customer needs.
Review test data (including off-nominal) for accuracy before delivery.
Prepare/publish test reports and present internal results.
Archive data and documentation.
Work under general direction from test leads.
Requirements:
Top Secret/SCI Clearance is required
Bachelor’s degree in engineering/STEM required, with 7+ years experience (or Master’s + 5 years / PhD + 3 years) in an engineering classification.
7+ years working with specialized test equipment and electrical test methodologies.
7+ years performing automated testing and troubleshooting electronics, hardware, and software.
Experience with C#-based tools.
Must be able to sit/stand for long periods and maneuver in tight production areas.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Skills
9+ years in a lab or production environment.
9+ years working with test instrumentation and/or test methods.
