Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Clearance: Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (clearance active within the past 24 months is acceptable).

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Develop and track performance metrics, identify trends, and support corrective action planning.
Assist in developing test execution plans including resource allocation, scheduling, equipment utilization, and floor space management.
Improve communication and operational visibility through status reporting of testing and cleaning activities.
Support creation and maintenance of test, cleaning, and operational documentation.
Track test phases and upcoming activities to ensure program deadlines are met.
Coordinate daily with propulsion test management and engineering teams.
Operate under general direction while supporting laboratory and propulsion test operations.
Requirements:
Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (clearance active within the past 24 months is acceptable).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science.
7+ years of experience in test laboratory operations.
7+ years of propulsion, pressure and fluid systems, or vacuum system testing experience.
4+ years of precision hardware cleaning experience.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years of cleanroom operations experience.
Experience in a lead, supervisory, or management role.
Knowledge of propellant handling, chemical storage, or safety requirements.
