Job Title: Remote Technical Recruiter – Aerospace & Defense (Cleared Talent)
Location: 100% Remote
Job Type: Full-Time

The Structures Company is hiring an internal remote Technical Recruiter with aerospace/aviation experience and a proven track record placing cleared candidates (Secret, Top Secret, etc.) in defense roles.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for cleared aerospace and defense talent, from sourcing to placement.

• Build pipelines for security-sensitive and hard-to-fill roles across multiple programs.

• Collaborate closely with account managers and business development to understand client needs.

• Leverage sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, referrals, etc.) to identify top talent.

• Ensure candidates meet clearance and compliance requirements.

• Track progress in ATS and provide updates on pipelines and placements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Prior experience working for a staffing agency is required.

• Experience recruiting within the aerospace, aviation, or defense industries.

• Proven success placing cleared candidates with active Secret or Top Secret clearances.

• Specific experience recruiting for engineering and touch labor roles.

• Understanding of the defense industry, DoD programs, and security protocols.

• Familiarity with ITAR/DFAR regulations and cleared hiring compliance.

• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a remote work environment.

• Proficiency with sourcing tools, Boolean search techniques, and applicant tracking systems.

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines efficiently.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
