Summary: 

• Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as the liaison between project management, planning, production, and engineering teams.

• Review project status, manage schedules, prepare status reports, and resolve issues to achieve productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals.

• Develop and implement processes to monitor progress, identify risks, and drive solutions.

• Manage cross-functional projects across multiple teams and programs within a manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

• Active Secret Clearance (investigation within 5 years or CE enrollment); Special Access required to start

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering (required)

• 5+ years managing projects valued over $3M

• 5+ years coordinating with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, engineering, quality, and production operations)

• 3+ years utilizing JIRA and Microsoft Project for project management and tracking

• Proven success managing large-scale projects in a manufacturing environment

• Certification: PMP 

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Proven leadership in cross-functional collaboration

• Expertise in issue resolution and process improvement

• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple programs

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
