JOB TITLE: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
LOCATION: Las Cruces, NM
PAY RATE: $30/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

  • Coordinate and schedule virtual and onsite interviews, including booking interview rooms, ordering meals, greeting candidates, and ensuring a seamless interview experience

  • Ensure all interview feedback is completed and properly documented within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Open and post job requisitions in alignment with compliance requirements

  • Utilize tools such as Monday.com for scheduling and coordination

  • Arrange candidate travel and manage receipt collection for reimbursement processing

  • Act as liaison during the post-offer process between candidates and People Operations

  • Support intern programs, including coordination and scheduling of events for New Mexico interns

  • Perform administrative duties as assigned, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks

  • Follow established policies, procedures, and manager guidance to support cross-functional collaboration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or a similar role in a professional environment

  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, including calendar management

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably SAP/SuccessFactors and Monday.com

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative on tasks and projects

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
