JOB TITLE: Systems Integration & Test Engineer
LOCATION: Orlando, FL
PAY RATE: $65.87/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

Summary: 

  • Translate customer contractual requirements into system test solutions within technical and program constraints

  • Define functional and technical specifications, standards, and test requirements

  • Resolve hardware/software interface issues and ensure full system integration

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for systems and subsystems

  • Coordinate integration and testing activities across engineering and program teams

  • Analyze test results and produce system/subsystem validation reports

  • Write and manage discrepancy reports and regression testing for fixes and updates

  • Ensure system performance is properly verified and validated

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related technical field required
  • 4–6 years of software development experience (C, C++, LabVIEW preferred)

  • 4–6 years of production environment experience

  • 6+ years of test equipment design experience

  • 6+ years of electronic testing experience

  • 6+ years of mechanical testing experience

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Desired Experience:

  • Experience with LabVIEW / LabWindows CVI (NI tools) in development and maintenance environments

  • Strong proficiency in C and C++ programming

  • Experience integrating software with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) hardware (VXI/PXI systems, switches, EO testing, automation)

  • Experience developing and maintaining ATE systems in high-volume production environments

  • Experience supporting electro-optic sensor systems for military applications
