Job Description

JOB TITLE: Systems Engineering Support Analyst 3
LOCATION: Oklahoma City, OK
PAY RATE: Up to $67.31/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

  • Clearance: Active secret clearance required 

  • Per Diem: Available

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

  • Platforms Supported

    • AWACS (US, Saudi, NATO)

    • AEWC (Australia, Turkey, UK, Korea)

    • B-1, B-2, B-52 bombers and ALCM weapon systems

    • Ongoing upgrades: radar, hypersonic weapons, and digital communications

  • Operate airborne mission systems equipment in the integration lab

  • Apply systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools

  • Develop and execute test procedures, document results, and verify requirements

  • Perform data analysis to validate compliance

  • Support project management with documentation, tools, and metrics

  • Collaborate with hardware/software engineers to troubleshoot integration issues

Requirements:

 

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience, OR Master’s/PhD with relevant experience; advanced level requires Bachelor’s + 5+ years, Master’s + 3+ years, or 9+ years directly related experience.

  • AWACS/E-7 operator, ground-based operator, or tester

  • Project engineering experience

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Link-16/BLOS/DLO Operator, MAJIC/Planner classes, or JICO patch

  • ES/EW operator or Electronic Warfare College graduate

  • Airborne Radio/Communications Technician

  • Former AWACS operator preferred
