PAY RATE: $90-115/hour

Summary: 

• Performs product requirements development, technical performance measure analysis, radar signal processing algorithm development, algorithm description documentation, modeling and simulation, requirements test plan development, product CONOPS development, and supports software verification and formal requirements verification.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field

• Systems engineering experience

• Radar signal processing and DSP algorithm development

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving

• Technical performance measure (TPM) analysis

• Modeling and simulation development

• Algorithm Description Document (ADD) development

• Requirements test plan development

• Support for software verification and formal requirements verification

• Prior experience with radar DSP systems

• Strong analytical and modeling background

• Familiarity with end-to-end systems engineering processes

• Communication skills (4–6 years)

• Team collaboration (4–6 years)

• Digital Signal Processing (4–6 years)

• Requirements development (4–6 years)

• Strong math background (2–4 years)

• Simulation experience (2–4 years)

• Software testing / fault insertion experience (2–4 years)

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (per ITAR)
