JOB TITLE: Supply Chain Procurement Agent - (Level 3)
LOCATION: Wichita, KS
PAY RATE: $72-82/hour

Summary: 

• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations and proper contract flow-downs.

• Build strong relationships, ensuring contract compliance and high performance.

• Lead supplier competitions and select suppliers based on best-value principles.

• Align with engineering, finance, and program management teams to meet goals.

• Assist in cost estimation, financial analysis, and proposal development.

• Support procurement in advanced composites, machining, and structures.

Requirements:

• MUST BE US PERSONS

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience required.

• 7-10 years of experience in supply chain, subcontracting, or procurement in the defense industry.

• Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS requirements and subcontract compliance.

• Experience with supplier competitions and best-value selection.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to mentor and share industry knowledge.

• Experience in estimating and proposal development is a plus.

• Familiarity with advanced composites, machining, and structures is highly desirable.
