JOB TITLE: Structural Analysis Engineer 4 
LOCATION: Tukwila, WA
PAY RATE: $96/hour

Job Details:

• Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

Summary: 

• Lead the development, integration, and documentation of structural requirements to support system design across the product lifecycle.

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define environments, verify structural integrity, and ensure certification compliance.

• Responsibilities include finite element modeling, classical hand analysis, test planning, execution support, and failure investigation for in-service products.

• Minimal supervision required.

• Perform structural analysis using classical methods and FEM tools

• Guide integrated product design and verify structural performance

• Develop and support test plans, analyze results, and document certification data

• Investigate failures and implement improvement strategies

• Drive development of tools/processes to enhance engineering effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 9+ years of experience (or Master’s +7 years, PhD +4 years).

• Classical Hand Analysis, Primary Aircraft Structure

• Aircraft structural/stress analysis, FEM experience

• Integrated design and layout development

• Structures and toolset experience

• Aerospace background, especially with 737, 747, 757, 777 platforms

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• No Clearance Required (Ability to Obtain is a Plus)

• ABET accreditation preferred.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
