Summary: 

• Apply engineering and physical science principles, materials knowledge, and tools in a collaborative environment to develop, integrate, document, and evaluate flight vehicle structures for performance, functional adequacy, cost-effectiveness, manufacturability, and regulatory compliance.

• Areas of expertise may include:

  • Primary and secondary structure design

  • Payloads design, weights, and lofting

  • Metallic fuselage structures

Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelors degree 

• Engineering degree required; applicants with aerospace/structural engineering degrees preferred over drafter/tech designer backgrounds

• 5–10 years of relevant experience

• Recent commercial structures experience (within last 10 years) with primary structures focus

• Proficiency in CATIA, ENOVIA, and Boeing design processes

• Experience with commercial OEM programs 

• Experience in metallic design

• Familiarity with product development and new design processes

• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
