PAY RATE: $75.00 - $81.00 per hour
(Remote after a 3-5 week ramp up on site.)

Summary:
Performs Stress analysis for Aircraft Primary Structures using Classical analysis methods and Finite Element (FE) methods, following industry standard calculation methods, both for Static (Strength & Stability) and Fatigue and Damage Tolerance analysis methods.
Designs structural repairs and conducts static strength analysis.
Perform analysis and assessment of structural repairs and modifications, assuring the structure maintains the required capability.
Experience with Metallic structural analysis methods.
Prepare Stress Analysis Reports & develop analysis packages.
Must have prior experience working on aircraft.
Required Skills:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (e.g., Bachelor)
8 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g., PhD, Master+5 years of related work experience)
Desired Skills:
Experience with either aircraft structural repair, production support, liaison support, or MRB stress analysis
Experience with classical analysis methods and FEA analysis
Experienced in technical writing.
Good organizational skills are important (prioritizing multiple tasks and able to provide detailed status on work in progress, for example).
Knowledge of repair concepts including repair station processes, component repair concepts, procedures, and warranty processes and contractual agreements.
Works under limited supervision/direction
Experienced in Word and Excel
