JOB TITLE: Stationary Engineer

Summary: 

• Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of high-pressure, manually-controlled boilers and related systems to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous facility operations.

• Operate and maintain high-pressure boilers and auxiliary equipment.

• Monitor gauges, meters, and control panels to ensure proper system performance.

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on boiler systems.

• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues, performing minor repairs as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of system performance, maintenance activities, and safety checks.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations.

• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams as needed for complex issues.

Requirements:

• Valid Stationary Engineer License or High-Pressure Boiler Operator License (as required by state/local regulations).

• Proven experience operating high-pressure boiler systems.

• Strong understanding of boiler safety, operation, and maintenance practices.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or be on call as required.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
