JOB TITLE: Solder Assembly

PAY RATE: Up to $23/hour

Job Details:

• Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

• Hours: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM EST

Summary: 

• Perform sub-assembly tasks, including soldering to terminals and wiring.

• Assemble a variety of electronic and mechanical components such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.

• Follow diagrams, drawings, and blueprints to complete complex assemblies.

• Use hand and power tools to execute precise assembly work.

• Perform continuity checks on in-process and completed assemblies.

• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet internal specifications.

• Disassemble, rework, and reassemble experimental or prototype units as needed under simulated conditions.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Prior experience in sub-assembly and soldering.

• Comfortable with both repetitive and complex mechanical/electrical assembly tasks.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.

• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of basic and complex electro-mechanical concepts.

• Familiarity with quality inspection processes.

• Experience assembling and testing prototype components.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
