Qualifying Questions:
Summary:
Perform through-hole and surface mount board stuffing
Rework and de-solder failed components
Operate solder reflow machines and process ovens
Apply UV-cured epoxies, conformal coatings, masking
Perform die and wire bonding
Interpret and incorporate engineering changes and upgrade reworks
Conduct top-level system integration
Support detailed documentation and process compliance
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in electronics/mechanical assembly and testing
J-STD-001, J-STD-001 Space Addendum, and IPC-A-610 certified
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)
Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability
Able to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
Strong math, computer, and reading comprehension skills
High school diploma or GED required; must be 18+
Must be a U.S. Person per ITAR (citizen or permanent resident)
Able to lift 25–50 lbs and work in seated or equipment-based roles
Regular attendance and use of protective equipment required
Experience with high-precision timing/test measurement is a plus
