Job Description

JOB TITLE: Software Engineer
LOCATION: Orlando, FL
PAY RATE: $125/hour

Summary: 

  • Plan, conduct, and coordinate software development activities, with a focus on database-driven applications.

  • Responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging software solutions that address complex business and mission-related challenges.

  • Apply software development standards, processes, and tools throughout the development lifecycle while ensuring software quality and performance.

  • Design and develop software applications to solve logical and mathematical problems using data processing equipment.

  • Apply knowledge of computer hardware, software, and information processing techniques to develop effective business/mission applications.

  • Correct software errors, write operating instructions, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

  • Analyze system capabilities and user requirements to resolve issues related to output, input acquisition, and programming logic.

  • Ensure all software meets established standards and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Active Secret clearance required to start, with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

  • Top Secret clearance preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL

  • 3+ years of experience working with Oracle Databases

  • 1–2 years of experience with JavaScript

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

  • Experience with Oracle APEX

  • Knowledge of flight processing systems

  • Understanding of telemetry data and systems

  • UX/UI development experience

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
