JOB TITLE: Software Engineer
LOCATION: Fort Worth, TX
PAY RATE: $25.00-100.00/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

  • Defines and implements architectures for automated systems and big-data ecosystems.

  • Develops automated data pipelines and performs data transformation, aggregation, and anomaly-detection tasks.

  • Architects and delivers local, distributed, and cloud-based data solutions.

  • Translates stakeholder needs into technical architectures, design specifications, and executable plans.

  • Designs system technical standards and requirements across software, hardware, tools, and data platforms.

  • Implements proof-of-concept prototypes to validate design approaches.

  • Participates in design reviews and ensures compliance with engineering standards and cybersecurity controls.

  • Integrates AI and ML models into operational data flows.

  • Supports test planning, system integration, and formal qualification events.

  • Collaborates with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, customers, and program leadership.

Requirements:

  • Active Secret clearance required.

  • Experience in software engineering for automated systems and big-data processing.

  • Experience developing automated data pipelines including data transformation, aggregation, and anomaly detection.

  • Experience architecting local, distributed, and cloud-based data solutions.

  • Ability to translate stakeholder needs into technical architectures and design specifications.

  • Experience designing system technical standards for software, hardware, tools, and data platforms.

  • Experience implementing proof-of-concept prototypes.

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity controls and compliance with engineering standards.

  • Experience integrating AI or ML models into operational data flows.

  • Experience supporting test planning, system integration, and qualification events.
