Summary: 

• Configure and maintain test environments (hardware, software, network) replicating production systems.

• Design and execute test plans, cases, and scenarios to verify software performance and safety.

• Identify, document, and report defects, issues, and vulnerabilities.

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve test efficiency.

• Perform Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) automation and system-level testing for avionics platforms.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure testability and product quality.

• Maintain all test documentation, metrics, and artifacts in compliance with security and data standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of software engineering experience, or Master’s degree with 1+ year.

• Proficient in NI TestStand, NI VeriStand, NI LabVIEW, or similar HIL platforms.

• Hands-on experience with NI PXIe systems and hardware integration.

• Strong programming skills in C/C++, Python, MATLAB, or similar.

• Familiar with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Comfortable working with lab equipment and automated test environments.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with HIL techniques, AI tools, or avionics display system verification.

• Knowledge of avionics communication protocols (MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429, CAN) is a plus.

• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance if sponsored.
