JOB TITLE: Software Engineer - Developer 3 
LOCATION: Chantilly, VA
PAY RATE: $100.50/hour

• Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

• Clearance: Active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance with SCI eligibility (active within past 24 months)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Design, develop, and test software features (coding, unit/integration testing)

• Analyze customer requirements and ensure solutions meet functional needs

• Present software designs and demonstrate functionality to peers

• Develop and maintain new and existing applications; troubleshoot issues

• Contribute to distributed system components aligned with future architecture

• Support cloud-based, multi-tier systems with consumer-facing applications

Requirements:

• Active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance with SCI eligibility (active within past 24 months)

• Ability to obtain Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph after start

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering)

• 3+ years of experience:

  • Designing and developing software for complex systems (distributed, multi-threaded, multi-process)

  • Object-oriented programming

• Experience with distributed version control systems (e.g., GitHub, IBM Rational Team Concert)

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
