Jason Pratt is an aviation professional with over 20 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, technical operations, recruiting, and consulting. He is known for precision, professionalism, and delivering strong results across airline, OEM, and MRO environments.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management of Technical Operations from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and began his career at Aviation High School in New York. His technical background includes extensive maintenance on Boeing and Airbus aircraft, including multiple widebody, narrowbody, and military platforms, as well as emergency response, training oversight, and large-hub planning operations.
