Summary:
Interprets blueprints and fastener layouts for aircraft structural assembly.
Performs precision drilling and reaming operations on fuselage components.
Performs riveting and installation of various fasteners for structural assemblies.
Performs countersinking and part trimming for sheet metal and structural components.
Fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs sheet metal and structural assemblies and sub-assemblies.
Uses precision measuring equipment to ensure accuracy of structural assembly.
Applies knowledge of aircraft structural assembly operation and maintenance.
Performs production structures build-up of fuselage components.
Reads and interprets engineering drawings and blueprints for structural assembly.
Understands aircraft fasteners, drilling techniques, and assembly processes for F-16 aircraft.
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
6+ years of recent precision drilling or sheet metal experience on aircraft.
Ability to interpret blueprints and fastener layouts for aircraft structures.
Experience with precision drilling, reaming, and countersinking on aircraft components.
Experience with riveting and installation of various aircraft fasteners.
Experience in fabrication, assembly, installation, and repair of sheet metal and structural assemblies.
Knowledge of aircraft structural assembly operation and maintenance.
Ability to use precision measuring equipment for structural assembly verification.
Must be able to start 7/13/2026 and clear contingencies by EOD 7/7.
