JOB TITLE: Senior Cabinet Builder
LOCATION: 
Marysville, WA
SALARY: $69,156-76,840/year

Summary: 

 

  • Build high-end aircraft cabinetry using veneers, laminates, and composite materials while ensuring quality standards.

  • Provide mentorship and training to cabinet builders.

  • Train and mentor cabinet builders.

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications.

  • Work with aerospace materials, adhesives, and epoxies.

  • Build drawers, cabinets, and large monuments.

  • Fabricate hardwood bullnose, Corian countertops, and fiberglass panels.

  • Operate CNC, pin routers, saws, and sanders.

  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

  • Meet production schedules and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum four years’ experience in aircraft cabinet building.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

  • Must obtain minimum tool list within six months of employment.

  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to adapt to changes and solve problems effectively.

  • Knowledge of safety and hazardous materials procedures.

  • Ability to lift 25 lbs. independently, up to 100 lbs. with assistance.

  • Work in confined spaces, standing, kneeling, or stooping.

  • Normal or corrected vision required for precision tasks.

  • Must acquire required personal tools within six months.

  • Experience operating shop tools and power equipment is required.
