JOB TITLE: RS Senior Avionics Installer
LOCATION: Savannah, GA
PAY RATE: $32.18/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
-
Provide work direction to technicians, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
-
Fabricate, install, terminate, and test avionics/electrical systems.
-
Coordinate with other departments to meet aircraft delivery schedules.
-
Train team members and contribute to skill development.
-
Assist Engineering with troubleshooting and repairs.
-
Maintain accurate logs and records.
-
Ensure all work meets regulatory and customer requirements.
-
Enforce safety, FOD, tool control, and 5S programs.

Inspect work, including that of team members, for quality and compliance.

Maintain shop tools and equipment.
-
Coordinate shift changes in the absence of the team leader.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Assist and fill in for the team coordinator as needed.
Requirements:

Knowledge of policies, inspection procedures, and process specifications.

Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks with minimal impact on schedules.

Strong communication and leadership skills.
-
Basic computer proficiency.
