Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Shift: Mon–Thurs, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM EST; OT available on weekends

Summary:
Operate, maintain, and set up MyCronic or Universal Fuzion pick-and-place equipment, including minor troubleshooting
Perform SMT production tasks: component placement, soldering, and inspection
Ensure high-quality production by following established procedures and guidelines
Collaborate with the production team to meet targets and deadlines
Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S principles
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency
Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (associate’s degree or related certification preferred)
2+ years’ experience as an SMT Operator with MyCronic or Universal Fuzion equipment
Strong knowledge of SMT production processes, including soldering and inspection
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and adherence to procedures
Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments with a focus on quality and safety
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
