Job Description

JOB TITLE:  Remote Technical Recruiter – Aircraft Mechanics, Assembly, and Technicians

LOCATION: REMOTE

Summary:

  • Full lifecycle recruiting including job intake, sourcing, screening, submitting, and offer negotiations

  • Research, develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization

  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process

  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates

  • Schedules interviews; oversee the candidate interview prep process

Required Skills:

  • Must have recent aviation recruitment experience 

  • Aerospace or Aviation recruitment experience is required

  • Must know how to manage a high volume desk 

  • Must have contract staffing agency recruiting experience  - Please do not apply without this

    • Consultants and corporate exp is not applicable here

  • Three years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process

  • Experience with sales is a plus!

Soft Skills:

  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics

  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be a “U.S. person” as defined by the ITAR (22 CFR §120.15)
