JOB TITLE: Senior RS Interior Installation Technician
LOCATION: Dallas, TX
PAY RATE: $33.81/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Install, remove, and fabricate aircraft interior components (e.g., galleys, lavatories, bulkheads, doors, panels)

• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company quality standards

• Mentor and review work of junior technicians

• Lead assigned projects, ensuring materials and documentation are in place

• Operate hand/power tools and machinery (band saws, sanders, etc.)

• Utilize material tracking systems for sign-offs and parts requests

• Apply and install hardware, fasteners, and fittings

• Maintain clean and safe workspaces; follow safety and 5S protocols

• Support maintenance and coordinate across departments as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 4+ years of relevant installation, fabrication, or related experience

• Aerospace industry experience preferred

• Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)

• Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting engineering documentation

• Must be computer literate

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., climb ladders/stairs, and work in confined spaces

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of composite materials (Nomex, fiberglass, acrylics, etc.)

• Experience in Lean/Six Sigma process improvements is a plus

• May support flight testing during final phase or certification

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
