JOB TITLE: RS Avionics Installer II 
LOCATION: Dallas, TX
PAY RATE: $30.17/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Assist in installing, modifying, and fabricating wiring and electrical components per engineering drawings.

• Maintain logs, records, and ensure all work meets regulatory and customer standards.

• Complete tasks within required timeframes and verify work for defect-free assembly.

• Follow FOD, tool control, 5S, and safety regulations.

• Keep the work area clean and organized.

• Maintain and properly use shop equipment and tools.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., YIAW, Kaizen events).

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Two (2) years of accredited aviation electronics schooling or two (2) years of related experience, OR an avionics certificate with one (1) year of related experience.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and customer specifications.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic computer and software proficiency.

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
