Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Clearance:Â Ability to obtain interim clearance at the offer stage
Shift: Day Shift, Full-Time (Friday–Sunday)
Hours: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with potential for overtime

Summary:Â
Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using both manual and automated test equipment.
Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and collaboration across multiple teams to support production and quality standards.
Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards
Follow Process/Work Instructions and test plans to ensure compliance with quality standards
Operate measuring instruments and electronic test equipment in accordance with quality requirements
Record and maintain accurate test data and generate test reports
Assist in the improvement of test procedures
Perform basic troubleshooting and retesting of electronic assemblies
Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to obtain interim clearance at the offer stage
Basic computer skills, including navigating digital systems for timekeeping and task tracking
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics preferred
Familiarity with ESD procedures and test equipment
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
Willingness to learn and grow within the role
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
