Job Description

JOB TITLE: Quality Receiving Inspector
LOCATION: Mesa, AZ
PAY RATE: $31-39/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

  • Inspect aerospace parts, components, and materials with precision

  • Apply AS9100 and other aerospace industry standards/regulations

  • Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and digital models

  • Manage nonconforming material control processes

  • Ensure safety compliance and promote a safe work environment

  • Accurately use computer applications to follow manufacturing work instructions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues

Requirements: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 3–5 years of hands-on aerospace inspection experience (manufacturing, MRO, prototype aircraft, or airline environment)

  • Proven use of precision measurement tools

  • Strong knowledge of inspection techniques and quality processes in logistics/warehouse operations

  • Familiar with AS9100 standards

  • A&P training preferred

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Strong safety awareness, PPE knowledge, and hazardous materials handling

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

  • Technical writing and basic math proficiency

  • Vision abilities to detect defects (color, close/distance, peripheral, depth perception, focus)

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
