JOB TITLE: Quality Engineer 3 
LOCATION: Hazelwood, MO
PAY RATE: $62.75/hour

Summary: 

• Represent Quality in program activities, ensuring compliance with contractual and Quality Management System requirements

• Interpret quality and engineering requirements and provide guidance to teams

• Develop quality metrics and certification plans to support program compliance

• Conduct capability assessments and process validations for supplier selection

• Participate in design and program reviews to ensure quality requirements are incorporated

• Perform analyses, testing, and process audits to ensure manufacturing and test readiness

• Provide material review dispositions for non-conformances

• Analyze non-conformance trends and evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions

• Recommend and implement corrective actions to address quality issues

• Perform benchmarking and process capability analysis to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or related field

• 5+ years of related work experience with a Bachelor’s degree OR 3+ years with a Master’s or PhD OR 9+ years of equivalent experience

• 1+ years of experience interpreting engineering drawings and specifications

• 3+ years of experience performing data analysis

• 1+ years of experience with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)

• 1+ years of experience with quality systems (e.g., ISO9001, AS9100)

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
