JOB TITLE: Quality Control Inspection - DEFENSE
LOCATION: Chelmsford, MA
PAY RATE: $30/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

• Clearance: Interim Secret clearance required prior to start.

• Shift: First Shift, Full-Time (Mon-Thurs) 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Industry: Aerospace / Defense / Aviation

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Conduct all types of inspections in accordance with established workmanship standards

• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation

• Use basic measuring equipment and instruments for continuity checks on assemblies/components

• Maintain complete understanding of acceptance criteria used on the production floor

• Properly document errors or discrepancies in a neat and legible manner

• Follow correct procedures and precautions to prevent equipment damage and ensure personal safety

• Maintain a neat and orderly work/inspection area

• May require lifting up to 15 pounds

• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Interim Secret clearance required prior to start.

• High school diploma or equivalent (no degree required)

• Ability to follow work instructions and read blueprints

• Computer literacy

• Ability to identify discrepancies

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
