JOB TITLE: Project Engineer
LOCATION: St Charles, MO
PAY RATE: $84/hour

Summary: 

• Provides engineering leadership to a multidisciplinary team, including internal and external resources and customers.

• Develops Statements of Work (SOW) to support R&D, ongoing programs, and new business initiatives.

• Collaborates with customers and management to obtain approvals and align project objectives.

• Responds to SOW changes, assesses impacts, and negotiates adjustments to deliverables, resources, costs, and schedules.

• Leads project execution through completion and establishes performance metrics.

• Plans, identifies, and coordinates resources throughout the project or program lifecycle.

• Defines risk mitigation and opportunity plans.

• Compares actual results to baseline plans to assess performance, efficiency, productivity, and lessons learned.

• Provides technical, business, and integration leadership for project and team execution.

• Works under minimal direction.

Requirements:

• Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance (Not Required to Start)

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited program in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Engineering Technology), Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science

• 3+ years of experience leading or managing multidisciplinary engineering project teams

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
