JOB TITLE: Project Engineer 4
LOCATION: St Charles, MO
PAY RATE: $84/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

• Clearance: Active U.S. Secret Clearance required at time of hire

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering project teams

• Develop and manage Statements of Work (SOW)

• Coordinate technical scope, resources, budgets, and schedules

• Assess and negotiate scope changes and contract modifications

• Identify and track program performance metrics

• Develop risk mitigation and opportunity management plans

• Support proposal development and contract execution activities

• Interface directly with government customers and stakeholders

• Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering and program teams

Requirements:

• Active U.S. Secret Clearance required at time of hire

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry and 9+ years of related experience, or Master’s degree and 7+ years of related experience, or PhD and 4+ years of related experience

• In the United States, ABET accreditation is preferred but not required.

• 3+ years of experience leading or managing multi-disciplinary engineering project teams

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
