Summary:
Perform basic fabrication of aircraft interior components and support production efforts to meet project objectives.
This role involves hands-on work with materials and assemblies while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Fabricate detailed components and form assemblies per blueprints and process specifications
Operate fabrication machines and hand tools, including air tools, edge potting panels, riveting, and general assembly
Follow safety guidelines, including hazardous materials procedures
Maintain high quality standards and work in a schedule-driven environment
Collaborate effectively within a growing team
Travel and work outside core business hours as required
Requirements:
2+ years recent relevant aerospace production experience
Hands-on experience with aluminum, Nomex, and aircraft interior components
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and process specifications
Normal or corrected vision with color perception
Adaptability, Communication, Dependability, Initiative, Teamwork, Work Quality, Safety
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Physical Requirements:
Sit for extended periods and use hands for detailed tasks
Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs (up to 100 lbs with assistance), climb ladders, reach overhead, and work in stooped, kneeling, or standing positions
Work in non-dust-free environments
Full range of motion with hands; able to work in cramped areas
