Job Description

JOB TITLE: Production Assembler - Circuit Board PVA
LOCATION: Littleton, CO
PAY RATE: Up to $30/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

  • Perform assembly operations using soldering, bonding, and coating techniques.

  • Conduct continuity checks and quality inspections per specifications.

  • Modify, rework, and test prototype assemblies under simulated conditions.

  • Support production activities at the Littleton, CO facility.

  • Apply lean manufacturing and process optimization principles.

  • Read and follow detailed work instructions accurately.

Requirements:

  • All candidates MUST have an active certification in one or more of the following:

  • NASA Hand Soldering (IPC-610)

  • J-STD

  • Hardware Torquing

  • Adhesive Bonding

  • Polymerics

  • Connector Mate & De-mate

  • NASA Cable Harness (IPC-620)

  • Active certifications in soldering, bonding, and coating (e.g., NASA Hand Solder, J-STD, Torquing, etc.)
  • Experience in cable/harness fabrication, assembly, and box/module builds

  • Prior experience with Solder Fountain, Wave Solder, and Automated SMT

  • Familiarity with electronic circuit card and module assemblies is a plus

  • Ability to perform weight measurements, torque conversions, and dimensional calculations

  • Willingness to work second shift or Friday–Sunday shifts as needed

  • Must be a U.S. Person (per ITAR regulations)

Pre-Employment Requirements:

  • Vision Test: Must pass Ishihara (color blindness test) and meet near/far sighted criteria (20/25 near, 20/50 far; corrected vision allowable).

  • Medical Testing Required
