JOB TITLE: Product Review Engineer 4

PAY RATE: $83/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Summary: 

  • Applies broad knowledge of design and engineering principles.

  • Assesses and resolves product and process issues throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Leads research and resolution of technical, operational, and quality issues beyond customer capabilities, providing both interim and final engineering solutions.

  • Leading root cause analyses and developing dispositions for design non-conformances

  • Driving product and process improvements

  • Utilizing innovative approaches to address complex nonconforming conditions and detect deviations

  • Analyzing reported problems for potential safety concerns and managing complex resolutions

  • Supporting IPTs and design reviews with subject matter expertise during the design phase

  • Representing engineering in build through post-production environments

  • Ensuring supplier/build partner compliance with Boeing standards

  • Developing customer communications to support continued safe operation and maintenance

  • Leading on-site repair and accident investigation support teams

  • Designing structural repairs and performing static strength analysis

  • Developing and leading non-destructive testing procedures and standards

  • Creating and delivering technical training for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance

  • Typically acquired through a technical bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry

  • 9+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination (e.g., Master’s + 7 years, PhD + 4 years). ABET accreditation is preferred but not required

     

  • Previous MRB certification

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
