JOB TITLE: Product Review Engineer 4 – Liaison Engineering
LOCATION: Everett, WA
PAY RATE: $83/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Summary: 

  • Analyze production non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis, and develop engineering dispositions

  • Apply design principles to assess and resolve product and process issues throughout the product lifecycle

  • Research technical, operational, and quality issues to support the development of final engineering solutions

  • Identify, document, and analyze reported issues that may impact design intent, safety, or compliance

  • Recommend and manage corrective actions and product/process improvements

  • Support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and participate in design reviews

  • Represent engineering from initial aircraft build through production and post-production operations

  • Ensure supplier and build partner compliance with Boeing standards

  • Develop customer correspondence supporting the continued safe operation and maintenance of aircraft

  • Participate in on-site repair teams, accident investigations, and technical support teams

  • Evaluate structural damage or modifications to determine appropriate jacking, shoring, and repair procedures

  • Design interim structural repairs and perform static strength analysis

  • Develop non-destructive testing (NDT) procedures, tools, and standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited (or equivalent) program

  • 9+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

    • Structural engineering

    • Systems engineering

    • Design engineering

    • Production engineering

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of experience supporting MRB (Material Review Board) activities related to aircraft systems or structures

  • Prior Engineering Material Review Board (MRB) certification

  • Hands-on experience with materials and manufacturing processes
