Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Analyze and disposition production non-conformances.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical, operational, and quality issues.
Support product and process improvements throughout the product lifecycle.
Partner with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and participate in design reviews.
Support damage repair, structural modifications, and static strength analysis.
Develop non-destructive test procedures, tools, and standards.
Ensure supplier and production compliance with engineering and manufacturing standards.
Support repair investigations, safety assessments, and post-production engineering activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
2+ years of experience in structures, systems, design, or production engineering (Experienced Level).
5+ years of experience for Mid-Level candidates.
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
MRB (Material Review Board) experience related to aircraft systems or structures:
2+ years (Experienced Level)
5+ years (Mid-Level)
Hands-on experience with materials and manufacturing processes.
Prior MRB certification preferred.
