JOB TITLE: Procurement Coordinator - Hybrid
LOCATION: Mesa, AZ
PAY RATE: Up to $36/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Perform administrative procurement tasks, including data entry, document uploads, and system updates

• Assign purchase requisitions and quote tool tickets

• Follow up on open orders and unconfirmed purchase orders

• Expedite orders and resolve issues related to purchasing and receiving

• Support document tracking, expiration management, and supplier onboarding documentation

• Maintain accurate records of procurement activity

• Identify supply chain risks and support mitigation planning

• Contribute to supplier-level strategy development, maintenance, or exit planning

• Perform other procurement-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in procurement or purchasing

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• High attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Effective verbal and written communication across internal and external stakeholders

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (preferably Oracle), Agile PLM, and Smartsheets

• Familiarity with aerospace procurement processes strongly preferred

• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally

• Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver accurate, timely results

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
