JOB TITLE: OSP Buyer
LOCATION: Marysville, WA
PAY RATE: Up to $40/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Manage outside processing procurement activities including vendor selection, RFQs, purchase orders, and expediting.

• Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality processing of materials for production

• Identify and manage primary and secondary suppliers

• Issue, track, and expedite purchase orders

• Negotiate contracts and pricing

• Maintain accurate PO status and resolve invoice discrepancies

• Process RTVs, NCRs, chargebacks, and credit memos

• Provide OSP status updates to stakeholders and attend cross-functional meetings

• Maintain standard costs and support procurement reporting and compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Buyer/Purchasing experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (required)

• Knowledge of outside finish processes (e.g., anodizing, plating, heat treatment)

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Exceptional planning, time management, and organization

• High attention to detail and quality

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

• Demonstrated initiative and adaptability to change

• Aerospace industry experience preferred but not required

• APICS certification a plus

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and API Q1 is beneficial

• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations
