Summary:
Coordinate, supervise, and manage aircraft maintenance and release activities for the MH-139 program.
Strong O-level experience and be comfortable working rotating shifts and traveling for detachments as needed.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee MH-139 maintenance and repair activities
Supervise maintenance teams during assigned shifts to meet flight schedules
Inspect aircraft and certify all maintenance is complete and accurate
Maintain and certify Aircraft/Engine Logbook entries
Execute maintenance control responsibilities including scheduling and prioritizing tasks
Ensure compliance with the Exceptional Release process
Communicate clearly and effectively—both written and verbally
Work collaboratively across teams to meet operational deadlines
May be exposed to noisy, dusty, or uncomfortable environments (e.g., heat, cold, wind)
Requirements:
Active Secret Clearance Required to Start
Education/Experience: Typically acquired through a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent (e.g., Master's + 8 years, or 14 years of directly related experience)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance or flight operations processes
Minimum 3 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance involving configuration management and release for flight
Willingness to work variable shifts including nights and weekends
O-level maintenance experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Exceptional Release or "Safe for Flight" certification
Hands-on experience with MH-139 or AW139 aircraft systems
Background in military aircraft maintenance
Familiarity with AFI 21-101 and related AFIs, OIs, and directives
Expertise with 781 Series Aircraft Forms
MH-139/AW139 flight operations experience
