Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Responsible for loading, unloading, and moving materials within or near the plant, yard, or work site.
Tasks may include shipping, receiving, and assisting machine operators.
Load/unload materials by hand or with equipment (e.g., forklift, dolly, hoist)
Move materials to/from pallets, trays, conveyors, machines, or trucks
Open containers, count and weigh contents, and record data
Stack or organize materials as needed
Support operators by lifting/moving heavy parts
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or shipping/receiving environment
Ability to safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack, dolly, hoist)
Basic math skills for counting, weighing, and recording inventory
Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to read and interpret work orders, labels, and safety procedures
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
