Job Description

JOB TITLE: Material Handler - 1st Shift
LOCATION: Archbald, PA
PAY RATE: $23/hour

We are a national staffing firm partnering with top-tier aerospace companies, and we are seeking first-class employees to join our clients’ teams!

Job Details:

  • Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

  • Load/unload materials onto and from pallets, trays, racks, conveyors, machines, and trucks (manually or with equipment).

  • Open containers using hand tools; count, weigh, and accurately record material information.

  • Transport materials using wheelbarrows, hand trucks, forklifts, cranes, hoists, electric dollies, elevators, or other devices.

  • Stack and assemble materials as needed.

  • Assist machine operators by lifting heavy objects manually or using power hoists.

  • Move parts for programs such as PAC3, THAAD, LGTR, Hellfire, and HIMAR from the warehouse to production lines.

  • Support multiple teams, including the storeroom and shipping areas.

  • Follow proper Mil-Spec packaging guidelines and complete government paperwork as required.

  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment while adhering to safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Forklift experience

  • Overtime Required
  • Shipping and receiving experience

  • Proficiency with SAP (preferred) and Apriso

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Understanding of Mil-Spec packaging and government paperwork

  • Ability to work outdoors and overtime as needed

  • Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs)

  • Team player with a self-starter mindset; reliable and safety-focused

  • Safety shoes required for this position

  • Must be able to work in a safe and efficient manner at all times

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
