JOB TITLE: Master Planner

PAY RATE: $22.50-130.00/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Assists in development and maintenance of Program Integrated Master Schedule components including proposal schedule development.

• Reviews and supports Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development.

• Advises Program Management team on contractual impacts and critical events affecting delivery or cost.

• Ensures communication and cross-coordination with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).

• Applies Critical Path Methodology to schedule network development and analysis.

• Develops and refines knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).

• Prepares status reports, metrics, and presentations for leadership, customers, or stakeholders.

• Interacts with program functional organizations including engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production.

• Provides risk and opportunity analysis input.

• Uses Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool and Milestones Professional software.

Requirements:

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance Required to Start.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

• 5+ years of experience with cost and schedule integration.

• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams, projects, or programs.

• Experience delivering presentations to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders.

• Experience with Critical Path Methodology.

• Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input.

• Experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool and Milestones Professional software.

• Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management) and IPMDAR (Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report).
